With an increasing reliance on technology, it is no surprise that many of our patients suffer more with RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury).
If your daily routine involves repetitive tasks with extensive periods of computer or mobile phone usage, then you may be at risk of flattening of your spinal curves, compressing your discs or even triggering the beginning of arthritis.
Most people are unaware of the damage that can be done by simple “repetitive” postural strain and how simple it is for us to treat and help prevent it.
